Cookie policy
Information on the use of cookies and similar technologies in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), the GDPR and the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) guidelines on cookies.
1. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small data file that the User’s browser stores on his or her device (computer, tablet or mobile phone) when visiting a website. Cookies allow the website to recognise the device, remember the User’s preferences, improve the browsing experience and, in some cases, analyse the use of the website. In this Policy, the term “cookies” is used broadly to include other similar technologies such as pixels, tags or local storage.
2. Owner responsible for the use of cookies
The controller responsible for the data obtained through cookies on the Website is the one indicated in the Legal Notice: CONSTANKITCHEN, S.L.U., Spanish Tax ID B10462869, with address at Lugar Ejido La Estrella, Urbanización “Las Arenas”, no. 13, 10910 Malpartida de Cáceres (Cáceres), Spain. For any query about cookies, the User may contact info@constankitchen.com.
3. Types of cookies used
3.1. By the entity managing them
- First-party cookies: sent to the User’s device from a domain managed by the controller.
- Third-party cookies: sent from a domain not managed by the controller, but by a collaborating entity.
3.2. By their duration
- Session cookies: collect and store data only while the User accesses the Website.
- Persistent cookies: data remain stored for a period defined by the controller, ranging from minutes to several years.
3.3. By their purpose
- Strictly necessary (technical) cookies: enable navigation and the use of the Website’s features (security, session, load balancing, language, cookie banner preferences). They are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE.
- Preference or personalisation cookies: remember information so that the User accesses the service with certain features that differentiate his or her experience (language, region, etc.).
- Analytical or measurement cookies: allow the controller to monitor and analyse aggregated user behaviour to introduce improvements. They require prior consent.
- Behavioural advertising cookies: store information on the User’s behaviour to display personalised advertising. They require prior consent. This Website does not currently use advertising cookies.
4. List of cookies used on the Website
The cookies used are detailed below. The information is updated periodically; in case of any discrepancy, the information provided in the cookie management panel of the Website shall prevail.

4.2. Analytical cookies (consent required)
The Website does not currently use third-party analytical cookies. If they are incorporated in the future (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Matomo or similar), this policy will be updated and the User’s prior consent will be requested through the banner.
5. Legal basis
The legal basis for installing strictly necessary cookies is the legitimate interest of the controller and the exception provided for in Article 22.2 LSSI-CE. For all other cookies, the legal basis is the User’s consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), obtained through the cookie banner or preferences panel.
6. How to manage cookies
6.1. Cookie configuration panel
The User may accept, reject or configure cookies at any time through the banner that appears when accessing the Website for the first time, or by clicking the “Cookie settings” link available in the footer.
6.2. Browser configuration
Additionally, the User can manage the blocking or deletion of cookies from his or her browser settings. The official help pages of the main browsers are linked below:
The User should bear in mind that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Website from working properly.
7. Withdrawal of consent
The User may withdraw consent given for the installation of non-essential cookies at any time, by accessing the configuration panel referred to in section 6.1, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
8. Retention and international transfers
The retention periods for each cookie are listed in the table in section 4. For third-party cookies, duration is governed by the policy of the relevant provider. No international data transfers associated with the cookies currently active are envisaged; if they occur in the future, the User will be informed and the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR will be applied.
9. Policy updates
The controller may modify this Cookie Policy in accordance with legislative or regulatory requirements, or to adapt it to the instructions issued by the AEPD. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
